What is zoingly
Pronounced /zo*ing*ly/
zoingly! is a WordPress website support system. Using our members only ticketing system, changes can be requested and our staff will execute those changes in one business day or less. zoingly! ensures that plugin updates and security updates for the WordPress system are applied to your site when the updates become available. Our staff informs you of these updates/upgrades to keep you up to date.
What does a ‘small job’ mean?
Anything that is low in complexity and that typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete is considered a ‘small job’. We understand that at times changes can be more complex. In such a case, you will receive a revised estimate and you will be able to purchase the required time.
What are typical zoingly! website changes?
Text updates, image updates, plugin installation, and configuration. However, graphic design is not included in zoingly!’s monthly maintenance plans. We will resize and crop images but anything outside of that would need to be completed separately.
Can I pay to expedite my ticket?
It is our mission to process each and every ticket as quickly as possible; typically within 1 business day. At this time, we do not have an alternative to expedite the work other than getting your ticket closed within one business day.
What is a qualifying website?
A qualifying site is one that stable but requires changes at times. Given our price structure we cannot accommodate sites that need full rewrites or redesign. At this time, a qualifying site must be on the WordPress platform. If you have questions about whether or not your site qualifies, please contact us and we’ll gladly provide you with an assessment. Don’t be shy, most sites qualify or can qualify with a small amount of work necessary to get your site back to a secure and stable place.
My website does not qualify for a zoingly! plan. Now what?
Getting your site up to date is our primary goal. We will provide you with an estimate and help you strategize what you will need.
What other services do you offer?
At this time we offer two services: 1. Automatically upgrade and check the upgrade of any plugins or WordPress updates. 2. Any small changes will be handled for you via our ticketing system.
What is your average turnaround time on a web ticket?
We will typically have the changes to your website completed within one business day from the time your ticet is submitted.
What if I have a more complicated WordPress problem?
zoingly is primarily intended to handle basic WordPress support and handle small changes to your website. In the event that you need help with more complicated items we can get you in touch with our advanced development team who can then work with you one on one to solve any WordPress problems.
Is zoingly a good solution if I need a new website?
zoingly is specifically intended to help you maintain an existing WordPress website. If you are interested in talking to someone about a new website you can reach out to our advanced WordPress team for a quote on a brand new WordPress website.
What is typically not included in the plans?
Larger complex jobs or custom work that involve the creation of graphic arts are not included. We will re-size an image but we will not create the image. We will post content, but we will not create the content. We will install a new plugin within reasonable parameters. We also do not move the site, hosting or other server type work. Anything is not included will be returned to you via a ticket with an estimation or a referral to have the work done. We also ask that you not take a 10 hour job and attempt to break it up into 20 30-min tickets. The intent of the site is to handle small jobs not the bigger things. Bigger jobs take more effort than what is provided in your plan.
Why can’t I edit the web address associated with my plan?
Your plan is support for a single website. Should you need to change the website that your plan applies to, please contact support.
Can more than one of my employees open tickets for my website in zoingly!?
Yes. Any person in your organization that you give the ticket credentials will have the ability to create and submit a ticket. If you only want certain people in your organization to handle this, then give only those with permission to do so the login credentials for your zoingly! support.
How do I cancel my zoingly plan?
Yes, we have deliberately made the process simple for you. Just go to the Membership page and press the Cancel Membership link, and it’s done!
